Renaissance Africa Energy Company Limited is an integrated energy company focused on strengthening energy security and supporting industrial development across Nigeria and Africa through sustainable and innovative operations.
The company was established following the acquisition of the former Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria Limited (SPDC) on March 13, 2025, by Renaissance Africa Energy Holding Company Limited. Key Responsibilities and Learning Areas.
Selected candidates will:
- Participate in supervised industrial training assignments
- Contribute to real projects across technical and business functions
- Apply academic knowledge to operational and organizational challenges
- Develop workplace skills such as communication, teamwork, ethics, leadership, and HSSE awarenesses
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must meet all of the following criteria:
- Be a Nigerian citizen
- Be enrolled full-time in an accredited Nigerian university or polytechnic
- Have official approval from their institution for SIWES or Industrial Training
- Possess a minimum cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of 3.5

- Pure and Applied Sciences / Environmental Sciences
- Social Sciences and Arts
