Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was wrongly removed or disabled due to a DMCA complaint, you may send us a counter-notification with the following:

  • Your full contact information (name, address, phone, email)

  • Identification of the removed content and its original location on our site

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed in error or by misidentification

  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts

  • Your electronic or physical signature

If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the content within 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to www.edubam.com.ng for users who repeatedly infringe on copyrights.
